So I got my Imperial Courier...

So like just a question to you iCourier guys, what do you actually use this ship for? I get it's sexy and fun to fly, I'll totally be getting one. But just looking at it's stats and hardpoints, I'm struggling to find a place where it fits into how I play Elite.
I use mine for surface scan missions (the fast one!) and Bounty Hunting (the fast one with frags) as well as general taxi around Colonia / bubble 40Ly jump and still 777m/s (y)

Love my courier! Backpedaled from my Vette & Krait to use this for BH missions. I have enhanced thrusters engineered to G5 Dirty Drag drives, and I am nowhere near 777 m/s thought... Not sure what build is getting this boost speed unless it's stripped to the hull.

I'm getting G5 Dirty on there tomorrow, do I need more mats for Drag? What does Drag do? Can I put G5 Dirty on first and then drag later? What are plasmas like haven't even tried them. Oh and deffo getting a Cutter man I like space truckin and that thing is truckin in STYLE.
Yes check INARA/Engineers and you'll see all the mats you'll need,Experimental Effects (Drag Drives in this case) add to the benefits,so more speed and boost,Plasmas are fixed weapons, very powerfull they deal absolute damage/Thermal/Kinetic,heath up a bit but they are devastating.

Could be a couple of things....
1. Have you definitely engineered enhanced performance drives, rather than regular class A drives, up to G5 dirty?
2. If you have a massively bloated overweight courier, then distro drives rather than drag drives should be the experimental, as more weight friendly - assuming you have engineered EPTs.
