So I need an FSD for my Cobra

So after some grafting in my Hauler I got enough cash to upgrade to a Cobra. And I am so happy with it, compared to the slow Hauler with its "worble worble worble" noise and it's horrible cockpit this thing is a dream. The only problem is I want to upgrade the FSD but cannot find any Class 4 FSD's so far. I really want to improve my jump range but everywhere I've been only has class 3 FSD's for sale.
I understand there is a bit of randomness to this but my question is should I be looking in specific types of systems, for example a 'rich industrial' or something or is it completely random where I would find one.

No matter where you are; Come to "Tsim binba" we have it all(A grade equipment in all classes and lots of slaves) and are in close proximity to the good onions;)

Thanks all. I had actually moved on to Aerial by the time I checked back here. I just filtered by high tech systems and found one two jumps away. Got myself a C grade FSD, they didn't have B and A was too expensive but it adds about 4Ly to my jump range so I'm happy with that.

Beta-1 Tucanue (not 100% on the spelling) It is only about 30LY from Delta Phoenicis

I got my A4 FSD there
