Gave her my 1 ton of meta-alloy.
Looked though all the engineer mods mods after I gained astro data access.
Most of the mods had red negative bars, and very few blue improvement bars.
When I tried to sell the other 13 tons of meta-alloys, I discovered that the market for them had collapsed. Took a several hundred thousand credit bath.
Next, I tried sourcing "shrubberies" from Ag worlds. No luck. Could not find any "herrings" for woodcutting, either.
Thousands of light-years, wasted.
The Basement Guy has some OK deals on lasers. Think I'll deal with him once we get Storage Wars.
