I think the Guardian mission is all right as it is, but more information about what it actually is about, and how much of a hassle it is would be necessary. Everybody who did the first Guardian scanning mission knows what it's about, but anybody who didn't do it, is left with the impression that it's about a few scans with different objects and done. That's just not true.
Another information missing, or not clearly stated, is, that partial completion also gives you I think a million for each scan, which is a lot for newer players and makes the trip worthwhile for them. The whole Guardian content lacks ingame information, yeah.
That said I really like that the mission is such a hassle to do and needs planning and even Thargoid probing.
