Hmm. That is no different from what will happen with any other influx of new players is it? In terms of PP for instance I guess that Xbox, Mac and PC players will work together for their chosen powers just as easily (or with just as much difficulty) as Mac and PC players will. I suspect the Xbox players who come in and decide to stay will not be very different from any new PC/Mac players who are also starting now.

it gets worse, if we end up having more Xbox players than PC players, who will be influencing the same universe as us, then we PC players, as a whole, will no longer be in control of our own galaxy.
I suppose at least that will kill the online vs solo discussions or change them into PC vs Xbox instead.

No player ever owned the Galaxy, and all PC players so far hardly have all worked toghter towards the same Goal. There will always be Xbox player working for the same goal as you and some who work against you, just like with other PC Players.

iirc, once its properly online the xbox guys will affect the same universe as us but you will never see them in the same instances as PC users.
meaning more people to affect our universe without any way of interacting with them, meaning if (big IF) xbox players grow larger than pc players in numbers, we wont be in control of our universe any more.

So, the XBO's are getting their own private group, well I imagine it would be unfair in a dogfight (hotas with many buttons and a complex steering against a gamepad with a "follow target" and a "kill target" button or other way around a hotas in full control of the ship against a gamepad with limited controls).
