So is this "natural"?

I'm on my way back to the Bubble after Visiting a very Interesting System with Black Holes and the first and only Sun with a Belt i've seen so far. I'm 300 LY out and after looking around a bit, i noticed the Eagle Nebula.

And i'm sitting here, just wondering, how the hell physics can explain this star "cluster"?! [woah]

Physics can't explain this, but thargoids can.... :)

I think this must be a hiccup in the PG.
It is something that FD should be able to clean up.
They most likely will, eventually...

Yeah, but what i meant was the way they are arranged...looks very...unnatural to me. Especially considering how chaotic the rest of the Galaxy is.

Quite ironic, isn't it? The real part of the galaxy looks fake, but the procedurally generated fake galaxy looks natural. Shows how reliable feelings are. :D

Well, it might be totally unrelated. But magnetic forces places fields of dust and gas together in specific clusters that can spawn a pearlband of stars that look just weird and out of place.

Nope - that looks actually very natural to me. And a pearlband is something different - they follow gravitational forces. But this...? I have actually no idea where to begin...

And what I mean was that the "real" data probably has inaccuracies due to the limitations of our methods of measuring their positions. If their real positions differ by a smaller amount than we can reliably measure then they're going to tend to line up as their actual differences are indistinguishable from a measurement error.
