I think we now have a great selection of ships, and it's time for FDev to put new ships on the backburner for a year or two so those dev resources can be focused on other aspects of the game.

The only thing you can buy in ED is ships and ship parts.
Now if they introduce a personal planetary base that you can upgrade for lots of money, I'd be game.
Until then, just let the ships keep coming, expensive ones.
