So... Modular Terminals

I've been ignoring engineers pretty much since 2.1 came out but now I'm looking into a sweet Grade 3 FSD upgrade for my Robigo runs (I know I'm a terrible person ) the point is after spending 2 hours in a planet to get Yttrium now I'm missing Modular terminals.... And they are a mission reward I've been looking for said mission all week does anyone know if there is a certain criteria to get said mission or is completely random?

If you are still in Robigo/Sothis/Ceos area..
I was getting Mod-T's as mission rewards..runnin between Soth and Ceos.
I also hear they can be found in missions between HIP 10716 and Wu Guanigi although Ive not been there yet.
But youll just have to see what the RNG gods throw you on the mission boards..
