[yesnod] This sounds so obvious: Wire-frame Pulse ship-skins.
An easy sell to all the eighties players and from what I have seen of the current wire-frame skins (I have one on my Annie) it would look very cool. You heard it here first.
Another though along those lines, a "Pulse" wire-frame decal overlay that lays over whatever skin your ship is wearing and superimposes the glowing wire-frame onto your current ship's skin. I am thinking along the lines of a glowing, red or purple (or white or golden) wire-frame on top of my Black-Friday ship's skin. o7
