Engineers So today I took my SRV for a space walk!

Game dropped me out yesterday as I was attempting to land with a matchmaking error, so I called it quits. Logged in today to find myself hanging awkwardly above the planet I had been attempting to land on, zero speed, no throttle control. All very strange, till I noticed my gear was down, and I could deploy me SRV...Idea! [big grin]

You will want to really lean hard on those SRV thrusters as you approach the surface.

I was interdicted just outside orbital approach, and when I dodged too close to the planet, this is how I ended up when I dropped out of supercruise.

Now I'm going to log back in and see where I appear.
