You can find it on the Galaxy Map using its traditional name Anser, or the catalog codes HIP 95771 or HD 183439. If you are looking for a specific real star on the map you should try all the various catalog codes and alternative names before giving up.

I'm mad that a lot of the Kepler exoplanet dataset isn't in the game (yet). Was hopeful it would be. Can't even find some of the stars.
