So, we have a date for the next premium beta

quite looking forward to doing a Ridge Racer style run around the inner and outer ring of the Orbis. Anyone wanna join?

So does any body know why the ALPHA testers that are mainly game testers that would get paid are being by past . A simple explanation would do I am sure but to just not reply seems a bit odd .

Well they didn't say us alpha backers don't get it before the rest. June 24 has 24 hrs in it. But i find this a strange fact too. Since it was a privilege given to the alpha backers by Frontier/DB. They even used this fact as a way to get more players pledging into the alpha stage. I found it hard to find this anywhere, most threads with this fact vanished, but it is still there to be found. Just read newsletter 18 (see quote below).

So an explanation why, if everyone gets it now at same time, i would like to see.

Quite a few little nuggets in the newsletter, most happy :)

Interesting though that the alpha testers aren't being given this new release before premium beta testers. Is this to calm the masses, or FD simply saying that they're confident and happy for this build to go out to all testers? :)

Just because they didn't mention it, doesn't mean it's not happening. I'm hoping us alphas might get it today :)

Schiessen is perfectly correct :)
If and only if the typeset/font used does not contain the character 'ß'. Time to see if in 3200 they use unicode fonts :)

I think more importantly, they should avoid the simple typo of mixing up the order of the 'i' and the 'e'....because that has a totally different meaning that I will not mention here. :D

Never owned a lotus elise/exige then :) anyway, back on topic it would be nice if us alPHas got it today but I doubt it will happen

I happen to have a 200bhp Elise S1. :D
Thought I'd get the sports car thing out of my system in six months and so far it's been 8 years!

Compensation under the form of payment of cr, by Frontier, will be appreciated by many backers who felt themselves discouraged by the incessants resets.
Beautiful newsletter, very nice, as I have already developed in other threads
