So what's your personal Elite Dangerous roadmap?

Mine?
  • Get one of those Guardian Fighters. Haven't been to one of those Guardian Beacons yet.
  • Fire Seismic Charges onto an unsuspecting planetary outpost. Why? For science. Gotta make sure those outposts are earthquake proof, right? Someone has to care about Health and Safety! I'm sure the outposts will be grateful for the free check I'm providing.
  • Expand on my Pirate Career. The pay sucks but oh well.
  • Expand on my smuggling career. The pay sucks but oh well (FD, there's a patten here, please take note!!!)
  • Go double LTD hotspot mining. The pay doesn't suck!
  • Get Fleet Carrier. Grind for fuel. Outfit for Exploration, name it Deep Space Nine.
  • Become Emperor of the Bubble.......ok perhaps not. ;)

Doing some core mining, probably some trad mining as well, taking it easy till december carrier updates. Waiting for bugs to be patched. Hoping for Fss change .. :D My commander spends most of his time is space bars these days, waiting...

  • Critical review of the ships I own and toss the ones I don't use. Maybe I get it down to where they all fit on the FC.
  • Raise my liquid cash level to 10B (at 5B now). Hello once again, Mr. Painite!
  • Get my exploration to whatever comes after Pioneer and combat to Deadly. Fairly close in each today.
  • Get back into using VR regularly now that the weather has begun to cool.
  • Obtain the Whisper of the Worm even if it kills me. Oh, wrong game. Carry on.

Better make your peace with it like I did, if you ever dreamed of exploring the galaxy like a Captain Kirk, then this is most definitively not the game you were looking for. The "exploration update" removed any lingering shadow of doubt.

Best find something else in the game you can get some enjoyment from and take it from there.
