its bin going on for a while and it surely wont last another week and a half? and at what tier does it stop because im pretty sure the feds would have really really won by now

Well it states a week and 6 days on the board, but most don't go the full term, i think it is dev controlled, so it will be when they see fit to end it.

They only end early when they've reached the max tier/filled the progress bar.
