So when will CQC hit PC?

We know XBO players can already enjoy a part of CQC through the Game Preview Program. We also know from newsletter #85 that CQC final release will hit XBO and PC at the same time :)
On the other hand do we know when PC players will be able to try CQC in beta? Any idea?

This was in the DEV update today:

And in 2015 we still have CQC to release on PC and Mac in September alongside the full Xbox release, and a further update at the time of Elite Dangerous: Horizons’ launch that will bring our total of playable ships up to 30!
