Social dinosaurs

Well here I understand that in the case of herbivores we have in their stats bar that says "social" that I imagine that most and even all herbivores have this bar in their stats. But what about the carnivores? The carnivores that are social as a Raptor, Deinonychus among others, will also have this bar in their stats??

I have seen that a comparison of the ceratosaurus in JPOG to JWE this one no longer socializes and even fights with its same species, the big carnivores i have a big doubt because in the video of IGN showed two rex in an enclosure that apparently socialize but for some moments decide to have a battle. it's something that has me very confused so far.

in my case, I am one of those people who prefer that their dinosaurs are calm and happy, everyone has their way of playing but I am one of those that separate by species (eg dracorex, stygimoloch and pachy will be together in an enclosure), the carnivores and hervibors I do not like them to be together, and if a carnivore likes to be alone, like the spinosaurus it will be alone. but the carnivores that they like to socialize will have a friend to play with, but this will be confusing at the moment of giving them company, not I'd like to see two carnivores fight for let's know if they can socialize or not and having to decide between selling it or giving it another place in the park.

Thanks and regards!

Yes. Some carnivores can be social, meanwhile others will not. And then there is the Majungasaurus that will likely eat its kin.

Velociraptors for example will be very social but even then they will from time to time fight a little, after all they are predators.
They will most likely not fight to the death with each other.
You must look at it as play fighting, just like what lions and even cats and dogs do.
I'm not sure if there will be a system in game, that there needs to be a alpha for a social group but in case it does exist you cannot prevent fighting until there is a alpha.

Would moving in a herd/flock be considered socializing? I would be completely content if you could see a huge group of say Galimimus running as one.

I like to think that the Majungasaurus only cannibalized when it could scavenge a dead Majungasaurus carcass
or when two Majungasaurus fought for dominance over territory or a dead carcass. Because I don't see
a Majungasaurus actively hunting it's own kind.
