Sol: Elon musks Car and the Pirate threat level 6

According to a sol tourist beacon, back in the FAR DISTANT PAST, some person called Nolan Musk(?) launched
a car into space - without thrusters or a hyperspace engine, he assumed an electric battery and wheels would do the job...in space...(snigger).
Anyway someone thought about bringing it back to earth, but apparently some pirates have nabbed it.
It appears (unusually) there are USS’s in the SoL stating pirate activity level 6.

Has there been a posse from The pilots federation who have tried to fight these pirates and win back the car?

I've been fighting the pirates in Sol.

I'd be pretty miffed if they tried to give me a ruined Lotus instead of EFCs though.

So are the pirate USS unique to Sol, or do they occur natively via BGS. So one can figure out if the sol pirates is hand-placed narrative or just a BGS state that hasn’t changed for a while.

I wouldn’t know, I don’t got looking for trouble, I’m not a fighter, I’ve got double elite in the important stress free tiers, but I’m only 31% competent in combat
Even threat level 1 can be challenging
But I do play in open, (most of the time).
