sol war zone whats goign on

so there are 2 war zones at sol, 1 is empty and one has only mother gia ships, anyone knwo whats going on?

The conflict zone I just left was full of both sides.

There's also more than 2. I saw 1 at Mercury, 2 near Earth and 1 near Saturn. Suggesting they are all over the Sol system.
