Solar charged Shield Cell Banks

Three systems:

A) Solar rechargeable Shield Cell Banks - Expensive but as effective as normal shield cell banks. Able to recharge using lots of fuel and thus most likely used as we refuel near a star using the fuel scoop (But possible to recharge using lots of fuel when not in combat just about anywhere).

B) Solar recharge utility module - Expensive but as A) able to recharge normal Shield Cell Banks at the cost of fuel and some power. Uses up a utility slot.

C) Solar recharge engineer experimental application. Using engineering experimental we can add the solar recharge functionality to any Shield Cell bank, at the cost of less effective performance.

- Summary
Why do we need this?
Explorers could use this to recharge their Shield Cell banks for xeno encounters and hyper phenomena that is unknown and require fast shield replenishment as well as occasional player on player action in the distant worlds expeditions.
Also, this enables us to recharge shield cell banks when not close to any space station or larger planetary installation.
Explorers could also use the Shield Cell Banks as extra power supply if the power plant fails during disturbing xeno phenomena in the deep Black.

consdering that they are shield "cells" I see no reason why they cant be recharged especially since the module doesnt take damage while using them.
I am all in favour of a way of recharging them out of combat.
