Sold my Adder, can't fly that thing anymore.

The adder is a good little ship, except that appalling cockpit. The visibility is just atrocious.
I just docked with it again, I'm in the habit of looking up to judge when to pitch, every time I've don't this in the Adder I've hated it.

To make matters worse there are the 2 smaller windows above the main window, but they are in the center just mocking the driver.

Adder is a nice cheap price, good jump range, nice amount of internal compartments for its size. Until I can put a custom porthole above the drivers seat it will remain on my black list.

It is a good ship to replace the sidewinder at ALL levels and is especially cheap to run and upgrade to full max.

Granted, the cockpit visibility is truck style but that's pretty much it.

Obviously once you get the ability to purchase and pay insurance of a new spaceship it is best left behind.

Most aircraft are flown from the left seat. The Adder's right-seat config, and limited FOV drive me mad during docking.

Dear Frontier Games: Move the pilot's seat to the left side, and move the seat 10 cm (4") towards the centerline. A seat adjust for taller pilots, like me, would be nice too... :)

Addition: The Adder's thrusters sound like they need an exorcism of some kind. Horrible, horrible.

The game is British. We drive on the left and therefore have right hand drive spacetrucks :p

Like I don't know. Had to navigate through 13th century market town streets, driving the leave bus for my drunken comrades (I don't drink). Add in East Anglia fog, and you quickly find yourself in the right lane, after a roundabout. Oops. Fortunately, Elvis Was With Me, so no accidents.

I love the cockpit. The seat position in unique. The view is enough. There are epic Star Trek style decorations behind your seat.
