Solo play can we influence the game world

Does our trading, mission completion and actions in solo play mode ( i know its still net connected) but say im playing in durius on solo, do my actions in that game world influence the political control and other things in the open world ?

Yes, solo mode affects the online mode, and vice versa.

Does the market update as far as trading, and to what extend can we currently influrence the gameworld, links to dev blogs or some such thing would be nice

The two modes are exactly the same the only difference is you can't see other players. If pve is your thing though there are huge groups for it that allow you to play with other people without the risk of PvP.
