Solo play connection Xbox live issue

Frequency: Constantly for the past 2 hours
Description: I enter my solo play world and within 5-10 second this message comes up on the screen "There was an error connecting to Xbox Live. Please use the Settings app to troubleshoot problems with your internet connection. Press OK to return to the main menu". I have done as it says and the app tells me my connection is fine.
Please fix.
 
Same issue here. I've tried hard resetting my console, resetting my modem and router, and reconnecting to my wifi. Nothing helps.
