Frontier’s Game, so they can do whatever they wish, or not!

Gankers, a right royal pain in the proverbial.

Possible Solution for ingame Education:
Any competent pilot can fly into a System where there is a Federal Marshall Outpost.
You park up and swap your ship (which can only be utilised in the issuing system so you can’t even contemplate doing a runner with it. (Perhaps blows up if you attempt to vacate the system?)

What does your ship have?
Multi Phase Shields……maybe nothing can do any great damage.
FSD Buster weaponry. Disables then melts FSD & Power Distributors.
Gankers can’t go anywhere, they’re stuffed.
Offending Ship is towed back to port and sold.
(Once hit with FSD Buster, logging off won’t save the ship, it’s gone)

What do they learn…..Ganking is decidedly unprofitable.

Suggestions may be a bit wild, but if Frontier want to do something, why don’t they?
Could make it a Community Goal every now and again, The Great Ganker Hunt?

There’s also the rather elastic definition of ganking that some forum users use.

C&P isn’t fit for purpose, but giving players invincible ships is not the answer.
When someone else comes along with a bigger stick, cowards usually lose interest quite quickly.

Its funny how there is a persistent image of gank squads but never player police, or winging up to strike back. You can do all this now in game, just no-one seems to do it and rely on non-gameplay methods.

the players do not want and do not know how to unite, so they are killed one by one: one wolf and a hundred rams)
