Solved - Trade rank reduced down to 2%?

(Forgive me if this is is the worng forum)

Logged in this morning to see that my trade ranking has been reduced from around the 70% mark, down to 2%.

I have logged an issue, but in the meantime has anyone seen/fixed this previously?

That bar shows your progress towards the next rank. Most likely you went up a rank and are now 2% into the next.

And I could have answered this myself by googling trade ranks!!!
