Kinect: Disneyland Adventures Some characters don't speak

I am playing the german version with my daughter who really loves the game.
There is one problem though: Some of the characters don't speak (only subtitltes are shown), for instance Pinocchio, Chip and Dale, Baloo and some others as well.
Do you have any tips regarding how to fix this problem (withouth loosing any game progress of cause)?

Unfortunately not all charcters got localized speech, so there's no way to get the VO for these characters in German.

We have revisited one of the speechless characters (Pinocchio). In this case even the subtitles were missing. This is an issue that really should be addressed because this makes solving the tasks unnecessarily harder

Perhaps you should consider to use the english audio files in case that there are no localised files available.

If you turn on subtitles in the game options then the subtitles for him should appear, it looks like the automatic subtitles aren't working in his case.

We have turned on the subtitles today and this did not improve our situation! Take Duffy Bear as an example: no speech & no text

Perhaps I should take some lessions in lip-reading?

Apparently Duffy Bear does not speak, in any language.
