I'll keep this as short as possible, as I tend to be long-winded.
I'm generally one to play on my own, playing almost exclusively by myself(in open) since Elite launched. I wouldn't call myself anti-social, just extremely picky with who I talk to because I have an... intolerance... I guess, for juvenile behavior and disrespect, which I find pretty prevalent in online games.
This week, however, has been one of the most rewarding weeks I've had in an online game in 15 years when it comes to being a part of the community and enjoying the people I had the privilege of flying with. This Distant Worlds trip, after just 2 weeks, has already been a fulfilling, often entertaining, occasionally profound and always adventurous experience.
I have truly enjoyed breaking into the frontier of the black with so many others I already call friends, and I can't wait to experience the rest of the journey together.
