I just bought a Lakon asp. Game launched worked till feb to get my first exploration ship and went out now that i came back in June and sold a lot of data and bought the asp. Where is the best place to get asp parts. Seems hard to come by i cant find half the gear i want for this awesome ship

buy the asp in Lembava as its discounted (sell yours there & rebuy!)
Buy whatever parts you can there & then head to Ross 584 thats not to far for more parts.

Any decent large population and up High Tech system should have all the gear you need. I got most of my Asp gear at the Asp shop in Neto

If you are near Lembava I was just at Valtys in my vulture and they seemed to have everything... except a 5A distributer

Alioth has a 20% discount on the Asp, but you need a permit.
