Some ideas

Are you going to add a way of walking around stations like in the older elite games and if you do please add that functionality to ships so that you can do things like interact with passengers and ect. I know it will be a while and its going to be big but could you at least give us an idea of when this will be seen. Could you also add different species to the world, so we can accept different missions from aliens possibly. Because it seems a bit impossible how there are trillions of humans all over the galaxy and the thargoids are very rare to find. Also i think different kinds of rovers should be added like the fighters that are available. Could you also add things to do in the cockpit maybe while on cruising.. This is where the walking in the ship comes in handy and add MAYBE an autopilot for hyper jumping massive distances like 7000+ ly... but im still unsurd about that one because people could just grind big missions and just watch tv haha. So that would be pointless but its still a thought. I know its alot but its definitely worth considering and at the end of the day you designers are the pros.

Occupied escape pods idea

Well this is my first post, so forgive me if this has been kicked around a thousand times before. The other day I had the option to salvage some occupied escape pods on my way to a mining mission. I opted to just leave them because the game treats them just like cargo so having them on board could have spawned interest from pirates when arriving at the asteroid site for mining. Morally wrong (possibly) but economically sound. But what if I had rescued these poor unfortunates and what if the game had some way of rewarding that, either with a cut scene of grateful refugees or perhaps a mission or maybe the people rescued were important etc. So you could build in an unknown reward maybe nothing more than a thank you or maybe a very generous donation from a grateful VIP or perhaps a bounty for a wanted pilot. So my idea is that you wouldn't know what the reward would be until you got them safely to a space station or planet with search and rescue agents rather than knowing from the off that the pod is worth about 5k.
