Hi there commanders! I´ve been playing ED since Beta, and yes, I love this game. But we must admit FD is not giving any directions of the development they are following.
Last week I was playing with my DB Scout, surfing planets looking for some lost pods, giving messages to someone in another station, etc... normal stuff. I´m not a combat lover, but I fight if interdicted, so I love every mechanic in the game, even mining, trading, etc. Since last week I feel a little "abandoned", I´m just passing time, waiting for news... true news... not some newsletter with another commanders videos and pics, or some pics of the "Amazing Convention of Blah Blah in Bloh Bloh City" . I´m bored of "Horizons is out!" "Buy now".
Ok, first of all, I´m not ranting, I love the work of the devs. Think they are great doing this job, and I think Horizons Year can be awesome, but... Where the hell is the info?? I remember old days with a lot of info, screenshots, some "leaked" video... That maintained me in the game more than now. The Elite Dangerous Youtube channel is no more than a bunch of people playing ED... We all know Horizons... We all know ED. I think, and is my personal oppinion, we need more info about dates (aprox, of course), future mechanics, etc.
All I´m asking for is info, not demanding the devs "do something" or "fix this" like other forum users... THIS IS NOT A RANT! JUST A PETITION
No Mans Sky is out next week, so... am I going to play that game instead of ED??? NO.
I´m going to play NMS of course, I love space games, but thinking about it, I´d love to hear some news from FD talking about the future of ED, don´t mind if it´s a year waiting, but some screens, news, alpha footage maybe...
And thinking about another games, we all know SC. Ok, personally I don´t like SC very much, but I own it and played it. The thing is SC has multicrew mechanics working, with some positions inside the ship, like shields engineer, weapons, power distributor console, etc. I know FD is working for that things in ED this year... The thing is... Can I see something?? Because I distribute my energy with 4 buttons... 3 sometimes. In fact I use VoiceAttack, so I dont need any buttons... -_-... I´d like to know some info about how hard will it be to manage power if you are a co-pilot.

I´ll finish this post with the petition: Please FD, some info about future plans?? It´s the moment to maintain community united.
