Other animals that are the kings of camouflages are certain fish such as Stonefish and Morays and Rays

The frog because I don't want it

In nature, sometimes they are invisible but in zoos some have seen them
 
I know a couple.

Copperhead. They are basically rattlesnakes without the rattle. They are a nice copper color (duh), and you can't always see them when you're walking through the forest. I've fortunately never had a bad encounter, but I have almost stepped on them.

Also, an octopus would be amazing. My personal favorite is the mimic octopus, because it can mimic many different species in the sea (and some plants, too)

Look at these beautiful colors, though. That alone should boost an interest:
