Some Multicrew features

I recently played with a friend a Multicrew session. Because of my experience with other simulations I realy missed some (for me) important features for the crew:
  • A crew member should be allwoed to manage modules (activation, deactivation, repairing, rearm etc.)
  • A crew member should be allowed plot routes
  • Make the AI crewmember visible in your cockpit
The pilot should be able to allow or deny the copilot all of this, just like the previous features. So the pilot can more focusing on piloting and the crew can take over the other needs. So the crewmember has more to do when there are no weapons or fighter available.

Also I recognized a bug:
When the copilot deploying an SRV and the pilot start the ship at the same time, there SRV is captive in the SRV hanger.
