Some New Ideas for Squadron Management

I was thinking with the new squadron system.

I thought it would be a cool idea if Frontier implement a system where members of a squad can donate credits to the squad and then leaders could then allocate a certije number of credits a week to different members based on their rank and activity within the squad. It would also make sense that it could be used to buy squad related items such as the new fleet-carrier rather than just one person buying it. I'd love to hear your feedback on this idea and any possible improvements.
 
Unfortunately such a system falls under the umberella of allowing a real world market to exist and will therefore not happen.

Frontier have been adamant about not engaging in Pay To Win within their design, and also in not creating mechanisms that allow in-game assets to be bought for real world currency.

Oh I'm not talking about real currency, I meant the players in game credits. There could be a pool of credits that you can give to out of your own pot which can be used to fund the happenings of your whole squad.
 
There absolutely needs to be a Squadron Treasury. It doesn't have to be akin to other games—I absolutely appreciate FDev doing its best to prevent the exchange of real currency for in-game assets. One option would be to have it as a reward to a Squadron after X amount of time as a group, or after completing specific milestones as a Squadron to ensure people are playing the game as intended as opposed to farming. An alternative would be to have a form similar to the PMF form whereby certain requirements must be met first and FDev can look at Squadron/Faction history and approve/disapprove the feature. If not funds, maybe ships (we're supposed to eventually have megaships for Squadrons), and limit how many ships (either by total or class) can be transferred per week or month.

I'm just spitballing here, but there are many ways they could implement the feature (even if watered down) in a clever fashion.

Yeah I really like that idea actually, I think there needs to be something, but I guess it's just getting Cross to the Dev tean. I've heard they're great at checking posts though!
