What would happen if you and your friend landed on a planet, you get out of your ship and go into your friends ship. Then the friend flies off and travels to another system. What happens to your ship still left on the planet? My best guess is that you may be able to pay a fee (like how ship transfer works atm) to return it to a station?
What would happen if your ship was destroyed when on foot in a completely remote location? Will you be stranded there? Will you have to just respawn? Maybe you could take out your Universal Cartographics certified flip phone and call a taxi?
How will player transportation work? Will you only be able to carry as many as the seats in the cockpit? Or maybe a new module for dropship style seating so you can pack 10-20 people inside your ship? New use for passenger cabins?
Will crew be able to go down to the surface with you like a Star Trek Away team? This will also increase numbers in sporadic conflicts without increasing player numbers, making the conflict a bit more intense without impacting as much on the dodgy p2p.
Will there be a new currency used for Odyssey equipment to create a level playing field?
What is the social hub to ship transfer like? Will we be able to travel from social hub to hanger, then from the hanger you walk up to the ship and enter? There must be a way to get your friends onto your ship from the social hub.
What will ship to foot transfer look like? Maybe just an airlock animation just to improve it from the traditional fade to black?
Will there be updates after launch for Odyssey that includes more content? (Like how it was with Horizons. Fdev hinting ship interiors "Not at launch")
Will we be able to store weapons/suits in our ships? Or will we be required to travel back to the specific social hub we stored our stuff in?
How will items work now and how will the new items found in settlements be picked up and stored? Character Inventory? What will the quantities be in? What constitutes 1 item slot? How will this correlate with 1 commodity being 1 ton in ship cargo racks?
Also please add FC Social Hubs. Maybe you can then customise the vendors and the shops available. The FC owner may take a cut of profits or charges rent? Maybe add private areas just for the owner. Maybe have some windows in the hub for you to see the carrier jumping?
