Well at the least the official FD ED page now have it's release date set as ....
"Elite: Dangerous, out 2014"
Guess we should be thankful for that.
Take what you can get.. thats what my grandma used to say after she gave up trying to take what she couldn't get.

Sounds like a pretty reasonable estimate to me.Well we're still only in Alpha Module 2 with another 2 modules to come before we hit Beta 1.
The information we have now the dates are MY estimation NOT Frontier confirmed in any way.
Alpha 3: Mid (to late I'm guessing) March.
Alpha 4: Probably late April
Beta 1: Late May/Early June
Beta 2: July/August
Gamma: September
Full release Anytime in Q4 of 2014
I'm being a little on the pessimistic side here, but I don't reckon I'm far wrong.
What do you mean "now"? That sentence has been on the page ever since it first was launched.
It looks like we are pushing for a March 31st full Elite release date...
This month a few days of Alpha 4, a few days of Beta 1, and an afternoon of Beta 2, then Bingo.

come come, the weather has been very wet, this as we know causes delays.
You may be right, although didn't DB say that Gamma would be an extended phase? I can see no rationale for Alphas 3 and 4 to take anything like as long as 2. Of course, we don't yet know how prepared they are for Beta1.The information we have now the dates are MY estimation NOT Frontier confirmed in any way.
