Some planets are no longer landable ?

I'm very confused.
My wingmate and I are flying around in Horizons.

Apparently you can get what we're looking for at Chandler Works, a surface station on COELABA BC 1. (Sources: Inara, EDSM etc) We're playing Horizons, and we find that COELABA BC 1 is not landable, and has no surface installions. Though it has recent Inara market updates

Okay, there's a second place.
Uchida Manufacturing, NUENETS B 3 a .... and we get there and the planet is also not landable !! And the station doesn't seem to exist there either.

What gives ? What am I missing ? Am I going crazy ?

We checked. We can land on other planets, so it's not like we can't land at all. It's just that these places we want to go, no longer seem to exist as of this afternoon ? An hence the confusion. Did they "move" them to Odyssey or something?

If it has an atmosphere you can't land on it in Horizons. None of the surface installations on a planet with an atmosphere will appear in Horizons.

it could be one of two things, either something went wrong with the universe generation when they did odyssey

or

as the galaxy is being constantly updated with our real world knowledge of the galaxy this planet may have been known to modern science but was later discovered to have an atmosphere so its characteristics would have been changed ingame
