So running people over is the SRV is very effective. I was doing a scavenging mission and there was six guys guarding a ship. There was no cover and I had no way to take them on solo. So I decided to attack them in my SRV, figuring it got better shields and armor. However, when I went in for the attack, I accidently hit the gas and mowed down five of them in one go. I guess that is one way to take out some people.
