Some questions regarding hyperjumping, supercruise and refueling

I just read the thread about fuel (here: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=14422)
This brings up my first question:

How does refueling work? I can't play yet (I only preordered), so all I can do is watch videos.
Some seem to assume that you have to keep moving to scoop fuel, is that correct? Because rarely I see people scoop fuel when they seem to be stopped (or are they still moving and I don't recognize it as such)?
Do you scoop more when you move?
Another thing is, there is that bar that barely refills at all while scooping, with a number next to it. It's usually about 6-10 / sec. What does this number indicate? 6-10 tons per second? In the thread above is explained that you have two fuel tanks - the active one being 1 ton in capacity, the main tank bigger. If it's 10 tons per second, shouldn't the active tank then need only a fraction of a second to fill? Also, if you use 1 ton per lightyear (approximately), how big is the fuel capacity of the main tank then? I watched one video where this question came up and he didn't seem to know the answer, too (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CnN7nzcHy38).
Have you start the fuel scooping process all over manually in order to refill the main tank?

Finally a question about supercruise vs hyperjumping. If I had a distance of only one lightyear and supercruise goes up to 2001c - wouldn't that mean that I could go the distance in about 5 hours with supercruise? Would this be less fuel efficient than hyperjumping (as it says in the fuel thread that you need about 1 ton / hour supercruise and 1 ton / lightyear hyperjumping)? I thought that might be the last resolve when you run out of fuel in the main tank, but if you're never about to make it there is no chance if there is no fuel in the system (brown dwarf or whatever has no fuel left).

And three final questions:

What are those white lines during supercruise? Do they indicate anything?

If people jump between two stars next to each other, what are those dots (stars?) passing in hyperjump? On the map there seem none to be nearby to the route, especially not that many.

If all that has been explained somewhere, where can I find it? Or is it distributed through various threads? I tried to find some information on it but couldn't find any.
