I'm sure the majority feel as you do. Great info Cmdr, thanks for the heads up. I stave off getting the Conda into too much trouble until consensus says otherwise. ;-)
 
- Multicannon Turrets and one Burst Turret sometimes (~50%) never gave a shot until manually triggered (which was actually useful at least with the MCs, as I could wait for Target Shields to drop before activating them - but that basic behaviour was random/unreliable)

In v1.3, all turrets should work like this if you add those turrets to a Fire Group. If you do that and set turret mode to TARGET ONLY, then your fire button controls when turrets open fire, and your target selection controls what they shoot at.
