Newcomer / Intro Some Things Are A Pain In The proverbial!

I wonder sometimes what gets you Commanders Frustrated or annoyed or just lefty scratching your heads at things in E.D.
I mean besides Gravity wells and recalling your ship, only for it to land in a "hard to get to" place

I did a crash site retreval mission only to find that my Martini and my Chemical Sample were on the rocks.... or should I say in them!
Have to abandon this one.... pity about the drink though.

Yeah....recalling the ship then not being able to get the SRV under it.
Dismiss/Recall and the ship tries to land in the exact same place.
I haven't moved the SRV, so why doesn't the ship just move a couple hundred meters and land somewhere else?
I need to move my SRV at least 700+ meters away for the ship to land somewhere else.
