Something fishy going on with missioning and the background sim...

Out of personal curiosity, I've been running my own tests to figure out how the background simulator is working and what exactly influences what at this time. Now, keep in mind that I've been doing this on my own and not with a group of people like a few others have been doing.

For my test I stuck to missions only (so deliberately no trading, bounty hunting and so on) and ran those for two factions only, in one system. I fully expected that it would take quite a few missions (100+) before an actual pending/status change might occur BUT I thought that at least the influence percentages would shift a bit (at least 1%).

I can state that after about 50+ missions so far nothing has changed. No status and no influence percentages. I've read in other threads that more people are experiencing the "locked influence percentages" with their tests and I noticed the same. Furthermore I did not accomplish one change in states, be it pending or actual. Basically I have the exact same situation before I started 2 days ago.

So I ran a few more missions but this time I decided to take a very close look on the outcome dialogs and see if they matched with my expectations. That is when I found this bug.

See this screenshot.

As you can see there are two factions involved with the mission result (it was an export mission).
- the faction that gave out the original mission (He Pora Network)
- the faction that receives the goods ( Ejagalki Natural Organisation)

Now, the system that the goods were delivered too was Chac Cimih / blackman dock (partly covered by the dialog).
The interesting part is that the receiving faction (Ejagalki Natural Organisation) is not represented in the Chac Cimih system at all!
So, they should not be able to be the benefitee of this transaction in this system.

Furthermore, when I excepted the mission I'm sure that Ejagalki Natural Organisation was NOT mentioned as the receiving faction as that would have peaked my interest straight away, but I have no screenshot of this to prove it.

Maybe this is just a GUI bug, I don't know. But if this bug is more involving then that it shows that there might be still some things to iron out in the background sim. For now at least it shows to me that we cannot rely on either the mission description or the outcome as displayed in the dialogs being a correct representation on what will be recorded in the background sim.
