Something I noticed about the Steam launcher. Clarification REQUIRED please.

Forgive me for my asking of a n00bish question, but I need clarification. I opened the Steam launcher & noticed that it says "Elite (32 bit)".

This has got me concerned. Does this mean that I won't be able to run Horizons when it drops, or will I be upgraded to a 64 bit version when that drops? I can't remember ever been given an option between a 32 bit & 64 bit version when I bought the game from Steam. What am I missing?

If you have beta access:
You need to download the new Horizons launcher from https://frontierstore.net (will be available in the next few hours)
If you don't have beta access:
Horizons will be released next month, I assume you'll get an updated launcher so you can choose between 32&64 bit.
