Something is borked with missions

I raised my local reputation in hope to get better deals, and for a short while it seemed to work... the cash per deal was going up.

But now I am friend with everyone in the system I hardly get any mission at all...

Once in a while I'll get few/no missions in a station. Waiting 5'ish minutes for it to refresh usually populates missions - times well with getting fresh coffee

For me it has new been two RL days.

Edit: I wouldn't bother to post something it it were this peanuts... (of a couple of minutes)
