Sometimes sudden massive FPS drops after "on foot" ?

Hello everybody,

after a couple of months, I came back to ED:O three days ago.
In general, everything works fine and although, it is not perfect, the game just gets more and more beautiful in VR over time.
So far for the good news :)

But I experienced now twice already very massive FPS drops after having been "on foot" after boarding either my ship or the SRV.
First time when this happened, I was in my ship, quit the game, got back, and everything was fine.
Yesterday, I played for an hour, a bit of "on foot" as well, no problems.
This evening, I drove around with my SRV, exited "on foot", walked around for a couple of minutes, entered my SRV - and once again had a massive FPS drop to the point it wasn't really playable any more. I suspected FRS being the culprit, so I managed to deactivate it in the settings without exiting the game. After having had confirmed the setting's change, the game "worked" for half a minute or so, I just had a stuck screen in my HDM, then it worked again, FPS increased, everything was smooth. Being in the SRV, I went to settings again, reactivated FSR, and then was able to play for another 20 minutes or so without further FPS problems although I was twice or three times "on foot" again.

Normal avg. FPS with FSR "ultra":
space: 75
planet orbit: 60-75
planet landing: ~50-65
SRV: 35-50
on foot: 75

FPS drop as aforementioned:
on foot: 75
back in ship/SRV: 15-20 !! only stuttering, unplayable
deactivate FSR: 40-55 (ship) and 30-45 (SRV)
reactivate FSR: 50-65 (ship) and 35-50 (SRV)

System:
Ryzen 5600X
RTX 3080
32 GB RAM
Pimax 8K-X ("normal" FOV), 4512x3942, SS 100%

I already read through the forums and used Google, found one topic around Odyssey Patch 6 or so stating, that there was a FSR problem with "on foot" that had been fixed. But nothing else within the recent weeks or half a year.

Is anyone else experience the same (apparently random) issue with a similar setup? :)
