Engineers Soontil Relics Refresh - Cheranovsky City, Ngurii

I've been parked in Cheranovsky City, Ngurii for a while now; logging in and out of the game - checking the commodities market for soontil relics and I've yet to see any. I did the same thing last week for a little while.

People have discussed previously that the stock of these refreshes but what causes the stock to refresh or why might I not see any in the list.

Based off a few things I read, I thought maybe being pledged to hudson so I left that faction and still nothing.

This is very frustrating I want to unlock this engineer so I can move on to bigger and better things.

I log in open - I check. I log out. I log in to solo - I log out.

I've done this a dozen times today but still no luck. What gives.... this is the worst in-game experience I've had.

I have logged in so many times looking for these, sitting in this space station. What is going on?

If you already have the full allotment (state dependent) of Relics currently in your hold, you'll not see any until you've unloaded the Relics.
