Soontill 2A has disappeared?

Can anyone else confirm or deny that Soontill 2A has disappeared?

I was just on Soontill 2A. I crashed and re-spawned at my carrier, which is in Soontill. Now Soontill 2A is missing from the system... :confused:

I've re-logged and even re-started the game but it's still missing.

I've tried looking in the navigation panel and it's not there.

I've tried looking for the planet by parallax movement but can't see it anywhere.

I've logged into Horizons and it's not there in Horizons either.

Soontill 2A is the one planet in Odyssey that has decent canyons for racing in. It's known for it. Now it's gone.:cry:

I think you have to re-scan the system when you die as long as you have not sold the exploration data for it. There is another icy body visible on the FSS, scan it. You might need to zoom in in the FSS. Or just fly to body 2 and discover it via flyby.

There's been some weird issues for a very long time where if you die - even if you've previously sold the system data - the data for that system ends up a mess. I remember needing to rescan for this a couple of times way back in Horizons 2.2

A quick search for "missing planet" on the bug tracker finds various reports on it since the Odyssey release, but don't worry, the bug tracker is doing its job and making sure that Frontier never find out about them.

Had same problem in another system. I even got mission to the planet :oops:

Teamed up with my wife and she had the planet and I followed her and then all planet showed up.
Even then I scaned I didnt find it before.
