Sorry n00b question - Where's my Engine Colour change liivery detail slot?

When coloured customisations appeared for weapons, I remember seeing it in outfitting, under LIVERY then DETAILING.

When engine colours appeared, I also remember seeing it in the same place, under weapons. Meaning I see 2 slots, 1 for weapon colour, 1 for engine.

Now that I bought some of each, apparently the Engine Colouring slot disappeared from my ships. I have tried Cobra MK 3, Cobra MK 4, Python, and a Viper MK 4 (thus far).

All of them do not show me an "engine slot" under detailing, but the weapon one shows up fine.

So... is something borked with my client? I did validate files first, still nothing.

At the very end of the list after all the dashboard options...think it is the actual last option but its there ^

There seems to be some kind of bug for this. The ONLY way to change the engine detailing is to open access outfitting, then detailing, then on the main page go all the way down without changing section.

Then it is funny : if you change the section (dashboard, kits...) the entry disappear from the main list !

lithomostys is correct.

It's these collection of minor but annoying bugs that frustrate me because we have to wait until 2.4 to get them fixed. In my opinion, they should be rolling out smaller regular minor bug fix updates instead of collecting them together for one large update. That way the fixes can be properly tested and responded to quickly by the people that are affected.

OOoohhhhhh ok I'll go try to look for it under the huge main list without changing tabs.

Geez I thought I was getting old and not remembering where I saw the Engine Colour slot correctly.

Yes I agree too.... there should be small hotfix patches for minor stuff like this, and big, 6-hour-downtime patches for something big like 2.4...
