Sothis / Ceos - Still UA bombed?

Dear Commanders
I am thinking of heading over to Sothis/Ceos tonight/tomorrow for some data delivery missions & am trying to save myself an unnecessary trip.

Does anyone know if Ceos is still UA bombed? Also, is Sothis Mission board up?

I was there a few days ago and Ceos was still out, Sothis was still up though.

Ceos has been fully restored and I saw no signs of trouble at Sothis when I was there last night.
