Sothis equivalent for Empire?

Like the title says, I'm hoping to rank up fast with the Empire and get my hands on a Courier, I know Sothis used to be/still might be the way to go for Fed rank. I played back in Wings on Xbox, and just a couple days ago got the game on PC finally and need to rerank

Much appreciated sir! Yeah I know its not like a high rank or anything but I prefer the combat for cash approach to ED, the fetch and go stuff I sprinkle in as needed. Although I dig the hell out of smuggling runs due to the added excitement.

Shu Babassi is great when the surrounding systems are in a Boom.
Made Duke + 400m + Elite in trade there in 4 days.
Had to trigger the Boom myself, but wasn't too bad.

Wow, yeah I'm flying around in a Viper so probably not enough ship to make that kind of cash, but I'm working on it. Have about 550 mil on xbox
