Sound error building attraction

Hello, I was building an attraction with 50 procent on the eugene counter and when I build a path for the entrance they give a sound error.

What is that for a error...

Does it error when you are trying to place the path? There could be something in the way of uneven terrain preventing the path placement?

With building the path, no there is nothing in the way, it is a error in the game. I play for 2/3 hours maybe is that the reason..
