Source for Personal Effects and Black Boxes

I'm trying to wrap up some achievements and need to find some personal effects and black boxes. With no damaged stations at the moment, where is a good place to find these.

We all play for achievements. Just some are made up in our heads

Black boxes are present in NHSS (5-7) if there's a "canister+salvage" icon on the left panel list or Degraded (Threat 4).

Personal Effects are also a possible (very rare) presence on NHSSs (5-7), Degraded Threat 3 (rare) or carried by some random ships (piracy required).

This is helpful. However I’m unsure if those will count towards the achievement since the items are illegal salvage.

No cannister found on NHSS are labeled as "Stolen" or "Illegal Salvage" only the ones collected from Degraded Thread 3.
